1 General Terms

• An active email address (optional but recommended)

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method. www89 uses technology to detect suspicious duplicate accounts. If a violation is identified, all associated accounts will be terminated.

2.3 Account Security

5.3 Referral Bonus

A referral bonus is awarded when you refer a friend. The bonus is activated only after the referred person completes a deposit and places a bet. Self-referrals or referrals made through artificial accounts are strictly prohibited.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

6.2 Odds Changes

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on www89. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and the balance on the account may be forfeited.

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the system
• Opening an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents
• Betting with funds belonging to a third party
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information
• Using automated software or bots to place bets
• Harassing or threatening www89 staff

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Www89 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

8.1 Closure by Platform

• If evidence of a breach of Terms is found
• In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found
• Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of false documents
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)

8.2 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any available balance before closing. You may request to reopen a closed account, though approval is at the sole discretion of www89.

8.3 Inactive Account Policy

An account will be marked inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of 100 BDT or 10% of the balance, whichever is lower. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

9 Responsible Gaming
